Maths

This week in maths, the children have continued to work on their recognition of 4 common 2D shapes through songs and activities. Next week we will begin sorting shapes. Have a look at what shapes you can find around your home. 


English/Phonics

We have continued to read The Three Little Pigs this week and have continued to learn the actions to help us remember the story. Please watch this video at home with your child and help them practice. 


We have also begun to look at the story of the Elves and the Shoemaker which will be our Christmas Story focus for the Christmas Event, Christmas Stories. We have begun to learn the song 5 Little Elves. See if your child can sing it for you. We even made ourselves into elves! 





Thai

In Thai this week the children have begun to learn their Thai alphabet letters. We started with ก.

International Mindedness/Student Choice (UOI)

On Monday it was Kool's birthday! He brought in cakes to share with all his friends. We had a lot of fun singing Happy Birthday and we really enjoyed our snack. Thank you Kool!



On Tuesday we took our field trip to Genius Hub to talk about how we express ourselves through play. We had lots of fun playing the different games and we really enjoyed our special snacks!
