This week we have focused on building key skills which will be the foundations of many things the children will learn throughout their lives. We have been looking at patterns which are essential for problem-solving and many important maths concepts, developing fine motor skills important for learning to write and recognising how we feel, important for good social interactions, relationships and well-being.

Maths

This week we have been practising patterns. The children found this difficult at first but have already made good progress.







Phonics

This week we have been practising our fine motor skills are building up our hand muscles.
